Disposable Vapes Set for Ban in Jersey by 2025

Jersey has taken a significant step toward environmental sustainability by confirming a ban on disposable vapes starting in 2025. The States Assembly unanimously approved the proposal on Wednesday, with all 45 members voting in favor of the move. "The increasing popularity of single-use vapes means there are more vapes being disposed of in various ways, all of which are problematic," Jehan said.

Jersey's move aligns with similar actions in the UK and Guernsey, where strict measures have been implemented, including making the sale of disposable vapes a criminal offense.
